customers only and not to business customers. For the purposes of these terms
and conditions, a “consumer” is an individual acting for purposes which are
wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession.

All products/services and information displayed
on MakeMyChairs.com constitute an "invitation to offer". Your order
for purchase constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the
terms and conditions as listed below. Makemychairs.com reserves the right to
accept or reject your offer.
If you have supplied us with your valid email
address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of
your order and email you again to confirm details and therefore process the

confidentiality of your User ID and Password and you shall be responsible for
all activities that occur under your User ID and Password.
In order to enter into this Agreement with us, you will need

You must add any the Products you wish to
purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout
If you are a new customer, you must then create
an account with us and log in if you are an existing customer, you must enter
your login details
Once you are logged in, you must select your
preferred method of delivery and confirm your Order and your consent to the
terms of this Agreement
Once we have checked whether we are able to meet
your Order, we will either send you the Second Acknowledgement (at which point
this Agreement will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that
we are unable to meet your Order.
Pricing and payments
Products available from this site will range from office
chairs to various types of office furniture and equipment - However from time
to time new product ranges may be introduced without prior notice.
Our site contains a
large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best
efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We
will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a
Products correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower
amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Products correct price is
higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion,
either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject
your order and notify you of such rejection. If, within a reasonable time after
you place your order, we are unable to contact you using the contact details
you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and
notify you by email.
We will deliver the
Products to the location set out in your order (“Delivery Location”). Delivery
shall be completed once we deliver the Products to the Delivery Location and
the Products will be your responsibility from that time.
We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products on or
before the date for delivery set out in our Second Acknowledgement or, if no
date is set out in our Second Acknowledgement, within 10 days of the date of
our Second Acknowledgement. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the
relevant date. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional
circumstances all deliveries of Products will be dispatched within 60 days of
the later of receipt of payment and the date of our Second Acknowledgement.
We will only deliver Products within Chennai for a set
price, delivery charges for addresses outside of the Chennai will vary.
Risk and Title
The Products will be your responsibility from the time of
delivery. Ownership will pass to you when we receive payment in full (including
all delivery charges) for the Products ordered.
We strive hard to get the real image of every
product listed, but it should be considered indicative only.
Notification of claims for adjustment on short
or otherwise unsatisfactory goods due to fault of Furniture must be made to
Desk Office within five days of delivery date otherwise goods will be deemed to
have been accepted and in good order.
Goods will only be accepted for return if unused
and in a re-saleable condition and in original packaging.
We warrant to you that any Product you purchase
through the Site will be of satisfactory quality.
You warrant to us that: you have full authority,
power and capacity to enter into this Agreement and that all necessary actions
have been taken to enable you to lawfully enter into this Agreement you are
legally capable of entering into binding contracts you are resident in the
India you are at least 18 years old the information provided in the Order is
accurate and you will be able to accept delivery of the Products as
contemplated in this Agreement.
