Dispatch / Handling Time
We have the best practices for sending orders and shipping them on the day they are received.
With us every day, orders sent before 17:00 will be sent on the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 each day will be sent to the next business day. It will take 2 to 4 working days to place the order.
Business Days and Dispatches
Our working day is Monday to Saturday.
Sunday is a public holiday, we will not process / send orders on Sundays at any time.
Orders placed after 2pm on Saturday will be shipped the next business day (Monday).
For every order on MakeMyChairs.com, we provide a courier number which can be used to track your package during shipping.
The carrier will provide us with an image number and we will share it with you. You can track the order package with the normal picture number in a third-party courier location.
The delivery of your order depends entirely on the distance and the logistics service we provide for your order. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, but delivery takes on average 5-7 working days.

RETURN PURCHASED ITEM
f you want to return the goods, please contact us within 5 days of sending the order, indicating the reason for return. Also make sure that the package is not open, assembled, or installed. We do not accept returns for special places under any circumstances.
If you want to return the order, meet the following conditions: - The item is in unused condition, packed, taken away - All labels, stickers, materials and packaging that come with the product are intact - The items have been delivered to you in the last 5 days If you meet the above requirements, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Return Order ID ###".
Once we have received your request for a refund, we will confirm your request and share your address and other instructions with you.
Once we have the goods returned, our regular team will check the status of the goods and begin your return.
REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE OF PURCHASED ITEM
If something is damaged / defective / received incorrectly, you can write to us at email@example.com or call us at +91 99414 48888. Once we receive your refund request, we will confirm your request and share your address with your device.
