At MakeMyChairs.com, we’re committed to processing and delivering your orders with care, speed, and transparency. Please review the following shipping and return guidelines.

Shipping & Handling

⏱️ Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed.

·         Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same business day.

·         Orders placed after 5:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day.

·         We typically take 2–3 business days to process and dispatch an order.

Note: Our business days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide you with a courier docket number for tracking. You can use this number on the courier partner’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service. On average, most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@makemychairs.com. To qualify for a return:

·         The product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

·         All tags, stickers, and accessories must be intact

·         The product must have been delivered within the last 5 days

Returns are not accepted for customized chairs under any condition.

Send your return request via email with the subject: “Return Request Order ID ###”. Once approved, we’ll provide our return address and further instructions.
After receiving the item, our quality team will inspect its condition. Refunds will be initiated accordingly.

Replacements & Exchanges

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at sales@makemychairs.com or +91 99414 48888. Once your request is approved, our team will coordinate the replacement or exchange with the logistics partner.
