Shipping & Handling
⏱️ Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed.
· Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same business day.
· Orders placed after 5:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day.
· We typically take 2–3 business days to process and dispatch an order.
Note: Our business days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide you with a courier docket number for tracking. You can use this number on the courier partner’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service. On average, most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.

Returns
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@makemychairs.com. To qualify for a return:
· The product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
· All tags, stickers, and accessories must be intact
· The product must have been delivered within the last 5 days
Returns are not accepted for customized chairs under any condition.
Send your return request via email with the subject: “Return Request Order ID ###”. Once approved, we’ll provide our return address and further instructions.
After receiving the item, our quality team will inspect its condition. Refunds will be initiated accordingly.
Replacements & Exchanges
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at sales@makemychairs.com or +91 99414 48888. Once your request is approved, our team will coordinate the replacement or exchange with the logistics partner.
Squad - Gladiator High Back Chair
Headrest: The Gladiator Chair features a 2D adjustable headrest, combining nylon and PP glass fiber-reinforced plastic frame upholstered in customized mesh, ensuring adjustable neck support for maximum comfort.
Backrest: Ergonomically designed, the backrest is made of PP (polypropylene) with 20% glass fiber for enhanced strength. It is upholstered with a special mesh for breathability, with an optional fabric customization available.
Lumbar Support: The chair includes a flexible, fixed lumbar support that provides excellent lower back comfort, promoting good posture during long seating periods.
Armrest: The 3D adjustable armrest with a PU (polyurethane) pad offers multidirectional adjustments, ensuring ergonomic support for the arms and shoulders.
Seat: The seat is made with soft PU foam combined with a 12mm ply, upholstered in premium fabric that delivers both a high-quality look and exceptional comfort.
Mechanism: Equipped with an MS-SCM mechanism with a seat slider, the chair allows for adjustable seat depth, accommodating different leg lengths.
Pneumatic Cylinder: The chair features a Class 4 gas lifter with an 85mm lift, chrome-coated for durability, allowing smooth and adjustable seat height.
Base: The base of the Gladiator Chair is imported chrome, providing stability and a premium aesthetic.
Castors: It has imported silver ring castors, ensuring smooth and easy mobility on different floor surfaces.
Packing Standard: The chair is packed in a single kit, ensuring all parts are securely packed for safe transportation and easy assembly.
3-Year Warranty: This chair comes with a 3-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects to ensure peace of mind. (Please note: This warranty does not cover physical damage.)
